Who am I?
I am comfortable operating machinery and like to cross-train in various positions to expand my knowledge and skill set. I communicate well and can follow safety procedures, verbal and written instructions, perform basic math and use a calculator and work collaboratively with team members to get the job done. I can use a computer to scan inventory and print labels. I am physically able to wear safety equipment, climb ladders and stairs, bend, stoop and lean, have good hand to eye coordination and can lift up to 60lbs.
What do we do?
We manufacture plastic pellets and extrude garden hoses. You’ll contribute by operating blending, mixing, extruding and bagging machines safely and efficiently. In many cases, you work as part of a team on these machines.

3rd Shift: $2.00 differential, monthly bonus up to 10% with 5% just being attendance, 4% company 401k match, 3% additional company contribution to the 401k even with no personal contribution, monthly incentives for complaints and safety, and unlimited healthy snacks!

- Sunday - Thursday, 10:45pm - 7am (Weekly shift begins on Sunday at 10:45pm and ends on Friday at 7am)

As a Production Operator, you will be a key team member for the manufacture of plastic materials used in medical, regulated, personal care, and various other products you may personally use every day! Positions are available for blending and machine operation on second and third shifts.
Sign-on Bonuses: $ 250 after 30 days of employment, $ 250 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 180 days of employment

Minimum Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Verification of manufacturing numbers including item numbers, lot numbers and quantities.
- Legibly document production information on required paperwork.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Work well alone and with others
- Monitor personal safety along with the safety of other team members.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift items up to 55 lbs
