Administrative Support Specialist
Franklin County Law Firm is looking for the right fit. This person will need to be detail oriented, quick on their feet, enthusiastic team player, and willing to learn new things. Looking for someone with five (5) years experience or a quick study. Opportunity to progress quickly.
Job Responsibilities: Answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing files for upcoming appointments, calling to remind people of their scheduled appointments, filing, learning how to prepare the documents needed for Estate Planning and Administration, light office cleaning, and occasionally running office errands.
Job Requirements: Must be able to type 35 wpm, proficient with numbers, and have prior experience in an office setting. Familiar with Outlook, Word Perfect, Excel, and Word would be a plus.
Prior experience is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right person to become an Estate Planning and Administration Specialist.
Salary commensurate with abilities, hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
