Warehouse Associate (Tent and Event Rental Equipment)

Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates, specializing in the loading and unloading of tent and event rental equipment onto delivery trucks. This role offers swing shift positions, accommodating early afternoon to early evening availability.

Key Responsibilities:

· Loading and unloading trucks with tent and event rental equipment.

· Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment.

· Pulling and packing equipment according to delivery schedules.

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

· Performing occasional outdoor work as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Be hungry, smart, humble and have a desire to be an integral part of our team

· Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items safely and efficiently.

· Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when loading equipment onto trucks.

· Capable of working effectively both in a team environment and independently on individual projects.

· Demonstrated pride in workmanship and a commitment to quality.

· Flexible work schedule with availability for weekend shifts as needed.

· Ability to thrive in a team environment, contributing positively to a collaborative workplace culture.

· Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy items, adhering to proper lifting techniques.

· Valid driver’s license preferred

· Previous experience driving box trucks is a plus, though not mandatory.
